FY26 documentation has been reviewed and updated with additional technical assistance provided by CSH. FY26 documentation goes into effect September 1, 2025, or when the Agency Partner signs the document (if after September 30, 2025, the expiration date of last year's documents).

New CMIS documents for FY26:
- CMIS Privacy Notice
- Standardized CMIS Release of Information Form
- CMIS Service Coordination Release of Information Form
As a reminder, the following documents are due for each Agency Partner by September 30, 2025:- One signed Agency Partner Agreement per Agency; must be completed and signed by a CMIS Agency Administrator *new* and Executive Director or CEO.
- One signed User Policy Agreement per CMIS end user.
- *new* The CMIS Privacy Notice must be displayed/located in a place where it is visible to clients.
Newer versions of the listed documents may be uploaded to this article at any time. Housing Alliance Delaware will communicate with Agency Partners when updated documents have impacted policies around the implementation of CMIS and the CMIS Program at HAD.
