List of CMIS Participating Agency Partners

List Current As Of: July 3, 2025

This article lists all CMIS Participating Agencies. This means that these agencies utilize Delaware's Community Management Information System (CMIS) to provide year-round data on some or all of their homeless assistance programs. This data was made available in CMIS by either direct data entry or data import.

As a CMIS Participating Agency, authorized CMIS end users have access to client information and histories on services provided to clients who have profiles in CMIS. Releases of Information allow for client information to be shared across Agencies with the global visibility sharing set up in CMIS.
