CMIS Program Feedback Form

Housing Alliance Delaware is requesting your feedback on how HAD's CMIS program is working for you. All CMIS users and Agency Admins are welcome to provide their feedback. Please complete the CMIS Program Feedback Form when possible. HAD will be doing their first review of responses late November. All responses will be used to improve the CMIS-related services we provide. Options are available to answer this form anonymously, and all feedback provided will be de-identified prior to any form of sharing.
